Akshat is a Counsel with over 5 years of experience at the bar, practicing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Patna High Court, and various tribunals including the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, IP Offices, TDSAT and the NCLT/NCLAT.
In the past, he has advised Big Tech companies, Big Media Companies and OTT Platforms, Gaming unicorns, Music Composers as well as Startups on New Media and Copyright issues, including its intersection with Artificial Intelligence. He is known for his deep expertise in Copyright and media law.
Akshat has also advised and represented individuals and companies for White Collar defense in criminal actions, and in insolvency proceedings before the NCLT/NCLAT.
